Md Mizanur Rahman is a seasoned infrastructure and energy leader with over 20 years of distinguished experience in Bangladesh's power sector. He has been directly instrumental in planning, developing, and commissioning multiple government and private power plants and solar plants across the country, playing a defining role in strengthening Bangladesh's national energy infrastructure.

Beyond power generation, he has led large-scale industrial automation projects in the government sector — including silo automation systems and other critical process control initiatives — establishing himself as one of the most experienced and trusted engineering leaders in Bangladesh. As Chairman of Axevra Automation, he provides the strategic vision and deep industry connections that enable the company to deliver world-class automation, energy, and instrumentation solutions.

Md Ariful Islam is a Marine Chief Engineer and Director with over 20 years of hands-on engineering experience in highly reputed chemical and petroleum tanker operations. He graduated from Marine Academy Chattogram with a Bachelor of Maritime Science and Engineering and further completed Advanced Engineering Training at MTC, Osaka, Japan.

His extensive hands-on experience with complex automation systems, instrumentation, process controls, cargo handling equipment, and large-scale piping and transfer systems has provided him with a rare depth of practical knowledge and technical expertise, enabling him to deliver innovative automation and instrumentation solutions that drive efficiency, reliability, safety, and operational excellence for industrial clients.

Md Mahamudul Islam (Afridy) is an IoT, Automation and Embedded Systems Engineer at Axevra with over five years of experience spanning industrial automation, robotics and embedded systems. He holds a B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) and a certified Industrial Automation (PLC, HMI, IIoT) qualification from BCSIR.

An IEEE-published researcher and SPARRSO alumnus, he earned a Bronze Medal at the World Robotics Championship 2023 competing against participants from 70+ countries. With over 20 projects delivered, he leads Axevra's IoT and embedded systems development.

Mohammad Ali is a BCSIR-Certified Automation Engineer with deep expertise in industrial PLC and SCADA automation, solar energy systems and process control. He has designed, commissioned and delivered over 50 solar energy projects across Bangladesh, ranging from small-scale installations to large industrial solar monitoring systems.

As Automation Lead at Axevra, he spearheaded the landmark full automation of the Steel Silo plant in Khulna — deploying Siemens S7-1500 PLC and SCADA to automate grain intake, conveying, storage and dispatch across the entire facility.

Ammar Bin Mohsin is a final-year Electrical & Electronic Engineering student at NITER and R&D Lead at Axevra, specialising in embedded systems, industrial automation, robotics and IIoT. He holds a PLC & HMI certification from BCSIR and is an IEEE-published researcher, having presented at RAAICON 2024.

At Axevra, he drives innovation in embedded systems and IoT-based applications — including co-developing a fully automated coffee vending machine with digital payment integration and researching an IIoT-Integrated Hybrid VFD with Advanced Protection and Power Management.

Hossain Opu is a Junior Automation Engineer at Axevra, contributing hands-on support across the installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automation and control systems. He works closely with the senior engineering team on PLC, HMI and field instrumentation deployments at client sites across Bangladesh.

With a practical, solution-focused approach, he plays an important role in ensuring automation projects are delivered on time and to specification — helping clients achieve reliable, efficient process control from day one.

Md Delouer Hossain is a Junior Service Engineer at Axevra, specialising in on-site technical service, installation support and maintenance of automation and instrumentation systems. He is a key part of the field team, ensuring clients receive responsive and reliable after-sales and commissioning support.

His hands-on work spans electrical installation, sensor calibration, control panel wiring and system diagnostics — helping to keep client operations running smoothly and efficiently.
